The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is an upgraded version of the Mi 11. With a wholly different camera configuration, improved battery tech, and an added IP68 rating, it delivers a more complete smartphone experience. But the high price tag makes it a questionable buy, especially considering the strength of the competition.

The Mi 11 Ultra is Xiaomi’s top-spec’d phone for 2021. It looks to tackle the shortcomings of its lesser sibling, the Mi 11, thanks to a wholly different and dramatically more useful camera configuration. More importantly, it aims right at Samsung’s marquee smartphone, the Galaxy S21 Ultra. It also features a unique selfie preview screen on the rear and a fairly high price tag.
